  INTRODUCTION
    CTC series hot air circle oven is equipped with low noise axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The cirele system is fully sealed. IT makes the hot efficeiency increased from 3-7% of traditional oven to 35-45%. The maximum hot efficency can be 50%. The successful design of CT-C series hot air circle oven makes the hot air circle oven catch up the advanced level both at home and abroad. It makes China save plenty of energy sorce and increase profit of enterprises, This model the industral standard RXH issued In 1990 by State Administration Bureau of Medicines. 
    It is suitable for heating and solidification, drying and dehydration of raw materials in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry, heavy industry and so on. 1. The heat source used for heating may be stem, electricity, far infrared, both steam and electricity.
2. Normal pressure of stem:0.02~0.8Mpa(0.2~8Kg/cm2).
3. Equipped electric heater: 15kw(calculated base on Model CT-C-I). In practice, 5~8kw/h.
4. Operation temperature: heating with steam, 50~140℃, Max.150℃; heating with electric or ar infrared 50~350℃
5. There is automatic control system and computer control system for customers to choose.
6. The size of drying trolly and baking pan of our factory is standardized. SO they can be replaced each other.
7. If the operation temperature is more than 140℃ or less than 60℃, please note in order.

SPECIFICATIONS
   The equipment adapts KCK-F series ozone sterilizing apparatus that applies superior electric vacuum technique and the principle of ozone theory. Its function is as follows: the step-up transformer (electronics stimulator) can set up electric field. The negative voltage zone will be formed through electric discharge of two poles of vacuum tube. It can excite certain amount of oxygen in air to become ozone. The process of forming ozone can be summarized briefly as follows; the excited molecules product through non-elastic impact between accelerated electron and molecular decompose active particulars such as atom and free radical and through the act each other to form ozone.
    Ozone is an allotrope of oxygen. It consists of three atoms. Being the unique characteristics, it has strong capacity of sterilization and belongs to a high effective and broad-spectrum bactericide. Moreover ozone has certain purifying function to harmful gases in air and can make air produce certain amount of nascent oxygen. For example, ozone can act with nitrous oxide to form oxygen and nitrogen dioxide. At the same time nitrogen dioxide acts with oxygen atom to form nitrous oxide and oxygen. In a word, ozone is a catalyst of nitrous oxide an nitrogen dioxide.
    KCF-F series ozone sterilizing apparatus can produce ozone with certain concentration. It has strong oxidization and destroyed property to the inner structure of microbiology such as bacteria, virus and so on. There fore it can Kill many viruses such as propagula of bacteria, virus and epiphyte of gemma hepatitis A and hepatitis B, protozoan cytocyst and so on. Meanwhile ozone also has strong function to remove organic peculiar smell such as mildew, fishy smell, odor and so on. It also has fresh preserving function to vegetables and fruits. Particularly it has obvious effective in sterilization and inoculation of domestic fungus, mothproof and mould proof and fresh preserving of grain.

    The air stream penetrating dryer can replance the traditional horizontal oven basically.It is widely used for chemical industy,pharmaceutical industry,health protection articles industry,foodstuff and so on such as pigment,chemical agent,raw material chemicals,Chinese traditional medicine drinking tables,feedstuff,soft capsule,sweetmeat,aquatic products and so in.
   
SPECIFICATIONS
    The heat air of air stream penetration drier passes through up and low raw material pan. It can heat the raw material in the pan fully. SO it raises the dry speed of raw material greatly. Compared with the traditional oven , its dry speed has raised 3~8 times. Meanwhile it changes the direction of hot air circle in time, therefore the temperature of raw material in the pan is uniform. The dry quality of raw material is raised too. Its working principle is shown in Fig.

DW Series Belt Type Drier

  INTRODUCTION
    The raw material can be spread on the conveyer belt through suitable auxiliary mechanism such as distributor, vibrating belt, pulverizer or granulator. The conveyor passes one channel or several channels consisting of heating unit. Each heating unit is equipped with air heating and circle system. Each channel has one or several damp exhaust system. When the conveyor passes it, hot air passes through raw material from up to low or from low to up. In this way it makes raw material dry uniformly. 
    The belt drier is a usual continuous dry one. It can be wide used for chemical industry, foodstuff industry, pharmaceutical industry, construction material industry, electronics industry and so on. Particularly it is suit able to dry the raw materials of sheet, strip or granule that are good in air permeability. For the paste substance of filter cakes, it is better to fry them first to make them become granule or strip through granulator.
