　 SCOPE OF APPLICATION
1. Pharmaceutical industry: granule for pressed disk, granule for filling capsule and so on
2. Foodstuff industry: granule for foodstuff making, granule for flavoring.
3. Plastic industry: shaped granule of all kinds of plastic.
4. Chemical industry: granule of catalyst, pigment, detergent and other chemical raw materials.

FEATURES
1. The density of dry power granule is homogeneous. Its solubility is good. The ratio of granule formed is high.
2. Being adapted special mechanism to feed raw material, it guarantees raw material can be fed effectively.
3. Because its roller is cooled through circle water, it guarantees the phenomenon of raw material to adhere roller can not be taken place.
4. It is not necessary to use water or ethanol as humectant and to carry out the 2nd heating and drying. Its procedure is less and its working efficiency is high and its cost is cheap.
5. Being adapted advanced electric hydraulic pressure, its operatin s simple and its automatic content is high.
6. Being adapted seal operation, no pollution, the quality of finished product can met the requirement of health.

　 MAIN APPLICATIONS AND ITS FEATURES
    The series dry granulating set makes powder chemical raw material become granule product met the requirements of customer through the procedures of air removing, pressing flakiness, processing granule and sieving powder. All parts contacted with raw material are made of stainless steel or titanium. It has good property of corrosion resistant.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
    Iso-cyanuric acid chloride (including sodium isocyanurate dichloride, sodium isocyanurate trichloride) is kinds of derivative of cyanuric acid. It is bleacher with high effect, low toxic, broad-spectrum and disinfection. Chlorine-alkali enterprises, white carbon industry, chemical fertilizer enterprises.

PRINCIPLE OF WORK
    The dried powder raw materials will be fed from the top of dry granulator, then enters into flaking machine where becomes flakiness raw material will be made into the needed granule product through the procedures of crushing, processing granule and sieving powder and so on.
   Because the shaping of raw material is through mechanical compression, it does not destroy the chemical property of raw material and decrease the effective content of product. Because the total productive process is carried out in sealed state and no impurity enters into it, the purity of product is high and no pollution to environment. The productive process is automatic. It is suitable for production in a large scale.

    This machine is suitable for making all kinds of granule with different specification through damp method in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, feedstuff industry and so on.
   The granule is extruded through screw and screen plate in this machine. Therefore the shape of granule is regular.  The quality of granule is compactness. The fine powder is less. APPLICATIONS
    It is suitable for pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, chemical industry and so on. The granule is made from powder to damp granule in which the adhesive should be injected in it.

FEATURES		 　
1. The machine adapts horizontal cylinder structure. Its structure is reasonable.
2. Adapt driving shaft through filled air sealing. When clean, it can turn to water.
3. Granulating in liquefied-state. Its granule approaches ball. Its fluidity is good.
4. Compared with traditional process, 25% of adhesive can be saved and the drying time can be shorted too.
5. The dry mixing time will be 2 minutes and the granulating time will be 1-4 minutes. Compared with traditional
  process, its working efficiency will raise 4-5 times.
6. The procedures of dry mixing-granulating can be finished in the same sealed container. Its procedure is shorted. It i
s in conformity with the requirement of GMP.
7. Whole operation has strict safe protective measure.
