SPECIFICATIONS
    The low-speed mixer is made up with the flap mixer in the middle and the frame mixer for the high-viscosity material. Around the frame mixer, the scraper for scraping the wall is equipped. Function of the scrapper is that there isn’t any dead angle between the wall of the container and the material. The high-speed isotropice mulsifier consists of a high rotating impeller and a stator with radiating diversion groove. The impeller is so designed that the upper and lower vanes rotate at a high speed, which suck in the material respectively and then project it centrifugally. Since the gap between the impeller and the stator is very small, the material will experience a series of strong physical reaction such as shearing, pressing, mixing and injecting, so much as that the mixed material can be thoroughly emulsified. The low-speed mixture is converse and rotates to the left with the same speed, so finally the material in the container circulate constantly from up to down for mixture, decentralization, isotrope and emulsification.
    Having the above unique isotropic and emulsifying devices, it can completely homogenize, emulsify and mix the material having the viscosity of more than 50000cp in the shortest time. Emulsification happens in the super-low negative pressure (0.093Mpa), so the air bubbles brought in the course of high-speed isotrope and emulsification, will be sucked by the vacuum in order to completely emulsify the material.
