APPLICATION
    The functions of this machine are to shape a paper box and fold a medical direction automatically, to print a production date and its lot number, to fill a medicine-board or a plastics bottle together with its direction into the box .to test and reject the effect products automatically .It can stop running automatically when lacking paper and medicine.
    Besides packaging medicine, it can also used to pack cosmetics, articles of everyday use , food, health products and so on .It’s efficient and quality in packing.
    The whole machine adopts a PLC program control, a photoelectric supervision, a frequency conversion governing. It can be operated through a touch-screen, an automatic calculation display for finished products and an automatic trouble display and shooting .It is advanced in technology and convenient in usage.
    This machine can produce not only by a single one but also by a production line connecting a blister-packing machine with a conveyer belt, which can finish filling a capsule, a tablet, a medicine board, a plastics bottle and so on into the box once and for all.

ZH90 TYPE AUTOMATIC ENCASING MACHINE

INTRODUCTION
  ZH90 automatic encasing machine is applicable to cardboard case packaging for medicine (blister package) plate, or plastic bottle (glass bottle) automatically. It consists of directions folding (1-4 folds) and feeding, cardboard case forming and feeding, printing batch number, and the case tongues at both ends are sealed and so on, the whole encasing process is finished automatically.
