INTRODUCTION
This production line is improved and designed on the basis of PP100 l.Tablet countingmachine is swing-sifter adopts the advanced eccentric wheel at home,the speed is requlated by electronics.It avoids the shake,nosie,part-broken easily and difficult adjustment for worm wheel without axiol play.The bottle clamp is controlled pneumaticly,which can be adjusted easily.The paper filling machine.Lid-screwing machine and table counting machineare combined by one convey belt,which avoids the bottles bumpping and fahing.Material-addingmechanicals are filled on the paper-supplying and lid-screwing machine,which reduces labourintensity and manual polluation and improves production efficently in the need of GMP more.

INTRODUCTION
All packaging procedures such as the bag making ,material filling, thermal sealing of bag neck, batch number (date)printing and bag cutting can be finished continuously and automatically. The length of bag can be adjusted using the mechanical portion. The machine is equipped with cursor ACS (Automatic Control System) such that complete trademark pattern and cutting position can be acquired. The heat sealing system uses two pieces of electronic temperature controls (for sealing in transverse and longitudinal directions respectively)for various composite packing materials. The measurement of quantity by the machine is accurate, the volumetric cup is designed to consist of internal and external cups, and the volume can be adjusted within the rated range. The machine has small volume, low power consumption and simple structure and its maintenance is convenient.

INTRODUCTION

PB120 screen type double counter tablet/capsule twin-track counting machine

The Model PB120 screen type double counter tablet/capsule twin-track counting machine is applicable to the counting of tablets , pills and hard or soft capsules to the bottled fore delivery to the downstream process in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemical and foodstuff. The machine adopts frequency inverter for the adjustment of speed of the rotation of the main machine and the screening frequency. The bottle baffle adopts photo electric and pneumatic combined control, with the features of easy operation, accurate counting and simple adustment

BG-II paper inserting and capping machine

The Model BG-II paper inserting and capping machine is a combination machine with multi functions integrating the paper inserting with capping. It can automatically perform inserting of paper into the bottle, applying the cap onto the bottle and capping. First, it automatically pulls out the medical paper with a width of 60 to 80 mm from the roll and cuts and inserts the paper into the bottle in a reversed way. Then, the cap for the bottle is to be conveyed to the cap applying mechanism by means of the electromagnetic oscillation mechanism for capping. The machine adopts frequency inverter to adjust the speed with photo electric control of the paper insertion and capping, to ensure the accuracy of the insertion and capping in the process of the production.
